Books serve to show a man that those original thoughts of his aren't very new after all. ~Abraham Lincoln

Star Dancer

By Beth Webb

Star Dancer is a book set back in the ancient past, in the time of the druids. It tells the story of Tegen, a young girl destined to be the Star Dancer. The druids of the town have been searching for the prophesised Star Dancer, but passed over Tegen because she is a girl. The story is about her fight to be accepted, and her journey of discovery about herself and her powers.

I thought that Star Dancer was a very good book. The characters were well written with an interesting plot. There could have been a bit more description, but some of the scenes were very descriptive and emotional. It really made me want to read the rest of the series.
